• 4-5+ years of litigation paralegal experience.
• Strong trial support experience required.
• Criminal law experience preferred.
• Experience with eDiscovery platforms and processes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with litigation technology and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a high degree of professionalism and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Trial preparation and courtroom support.
• eDiscovery management and document organization.
• Drafting and managing subpoenas.
• Witness preparation and coordination.
• Deposition preparation and coordination.
• Calendaring court dates, deadlines, and litigation events.
• Coordinating with court reporters, process servers, and other litigation vendors.
• Managing case files and case-related documentation.
• Assisting attorneys throughout all phases of litigation.
