Wood, Smith, Henning & Berman LLP seeks a paralegal to support our national litigation practice. Based in Las Vegas, you will assist attorneys with case management, pre-trial preparation, and document review while supporting nationwide cases through a collaborative pool.

The ideal candidate holds a paralegal certificate, demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication, and is highly organized. A flexible WFH option is offered with occasional in-office trial prep in Las Vegas.

Qualifications

• Paralegal certificate required.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Excellent organization and self-motivation.
• Experience handling subpoenas and document review.
• Ability to coordinate with experts and trial teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office and case management software.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with case management from pre-trial to discovery.
• Prepare and organize trial exhibits and witness materials.
• Summarize medical, employment, and other records.
• Process subpoenas and coordinate with experts for reviews.
• Support nationwide cases as part of a paralegal pool.
• Maintain organized document productions and calendars.
