A leading personal injury law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal in Las Vegas to provide crucial support to attorneys before, during, and after trials. Responsibilities include preparing legal documents, e-filing court documents, conducting legal research, and managing case files. Candidates should have at least 2 years of litigation experience and be proficient in legal documentation and communication. This position is on-site, not remote eligible.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of litigation experience required.
• Experience in Personal Injury or related areas preferred.
• Must be highly organized to handle multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare legal documents including pleadings and motions.
• E-file court documents in state and federal court.
• Conduct legal research and factual investigation.

Education

Associate degree or equivalent work experience
