Qualifications

• 4+ years as Litigation Legal Assistant or Paralegal required.
• Ability to work overtime is necessary.
• Experience in attending trials is a must.

Responsibilities

• Attend trials as a right hand to counsel.
• Assist with drafting litigation documents.
• Summarize medical records and prepare chronologies.
• Prepare timelines, compile information, and prepare statistics/charts.
• Locate experts needed for trial.
