Qualifications

• 4+ years as a litigation paralegal
• Strong civil or commercial litigation experience
• Thorough knowledge of discovery and litigation case management

• Proficiency with Florida state and federal e-filing systems
• Familiarity with court procedures and rules
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills
• Ability to manage competing deadlines with limited supervision

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support on commercial and civil litigation matters
• Manage litigation cases from inception through trial
• Draft, organize, and assist with pleadings, discovery, motions, subpoenas, and correspondence
• Coordinate written discovery, document collection, review, and production
• Assist with deposition, mediation, hearing, and trial preparation
• Organize exhibits, witness materials, deposition summaries, and trial binders
• Electronically file documents in Florida state and federal courts
• Maintain litigation calendars and monitor court deadlines
• Apply applicable court procedures, local rules, and filing requirements
• Coordinate with attorneys, clients, opposing counsel, courts, vendors, and experts
• Maintain organized electronic case files and matter records
• Proactively identify upcoming deadlines, case needs, and required follow-up
