Bridgeline Solutions seeks a Senior Litigation Paralegal in Los Angeles to support high-stakes litigation from inception through trial. This role offers hybrid scheduling with 4 days in office and 1 day remote, partnering with top trial teams in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has demonstrated trial attendance or hot-seat experience, exceptional Bluebook cite-checking and proofreading skills, and resides within commuting distance of Downtown Los Angeles.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience supporting high-stakes litigation from discovery through trial.
• Strong Bluebook citation checking and proofreading skills.
• Must reside within commuting distance of Downtown Los Angeles.
• Experience with e-discovery and trial materials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys through all phases of complex litigation, including discovery, motions practice, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Manage large-scale document collections, case files, and court filings.
• Coordinate e-discovery and litigation support activities.
• Prepare deposition materials, exhibits, witness files, and trial binders.
• Assist with trial preparation and provide on-site trial support ("hot seat" experience strongly preferred).
• Schedule: Hybrid, 4 days in office / 1 day remote.

What You’ll Do

• Support attorneys through all phases of complex litigation, including discovery, motions practice, depositions, and trial preparation
• Manage large-scale document collections, case files, and court filings
• Conduct Bluebook cite checking, proofreading, and citation review for briefs, motions, and legal memoranda
• Coordinate e-discovery and litigation support activities
• Prepare deposition materials, exhibits, witness files, and trial binders
• Assist with trial preparation and provide on-site trial support ("hot seat" experience strongly preferred)

What We’re Looking For

• Demonstrated trial attendance and/or hot seat trial experience
• Exceptional Bluebook cite-checking and proofreading skills
• Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of Downtown Los Angeles
