• Five years of claims management experience or equivalent combination.
• In-depth knowledge of personal and commercial auto policies and laws.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.

• Reviews reports/forms and responds to inquiries; seeks legal opinions and early resolution.
• Handles high-end cases with serious injuries or complex coverage.
• Responds to decisions or court orders and creates action plans.
• Identifies cases for settlements and coordinates with clients.
• Requests legal/private investigations and liaises with local counsel.
• Attends mediations, trials, arbitrations or hearings as needed.
• Supports the organization’s quality programs.
