Qualifications

• Five (5) years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required, with knowledge of personal and commercial auto policies.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
• State adjusting licenses secure and maintained as required for the position.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and acts on reports; responds to inquiries; seeks legal opinions and early resolution.
• Handles high end cases with serious injuries and/or complex coverage scenarios.
• Responds to court orders; creates action plans; coordinates with clients and counsel.
• Identifies cases for settlements and subrogation opportunities.
• Attends mediations, trials, or hearings as needed; supports quality programs.
