Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Medical Malpractice or Professional liability claims handling experience, or related field experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage professional liability and general liability claims of moderate to high severity.
• Review policy coverage and draft denials and reservation of rights letters.
• Establish reserves for expenses and indemnity.
• Investigate liability and damages and conduct witness interviews.
• Retain experts and evaluate liability, damages, and settlement values.
• Coordinate and manage litigation and develop litigation action plans.
• Monitor budget and review vendor invoices.
