Job summary

BCG Attorney Search's client, a law firm in Champaign, IL, seeks a Litigation Attorney to handle family law and/or civil litigation matters. The role is primarily remote but requires in-person court appearances about 2–3 times per week, with mentorship and hands-on experience designed to grow independent over time.

Qualified attorneys with 3+ years’ experience in family law or civil litigation are encouraged to apply; juniors with bar results pending may also be considered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in family law and/or civil litigation.
• Licensed or awaiting bar results.
• Interest in litigation and courtroom experience.
• Willingness to learn and grow with mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Handle a caseload in family law and/or civil litigation.
• Attend court locally approximately 2-3 times per week.
• Manage cases with administrative and legal support.
• Grow into increased independence over time.
