BCG Attorney Search seeks a Litigation Attorney to join its Peoria, IL office. The role covers family law and civil litigation with regular court appearances in surrounding counties, offering hands-on experience and mentorship in a collaborative office environment.

Experienced attorneys with 3+ years in family law or civil litigation or junior attorneys 0-3 years awaiting bar results are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• JD degree required.
• 3+ years in family law and/or civil litigation.
• Licensed to practice law or awaiting bar results.

Responsibilities

• Handle a caseload in family law and/or civil litigation.
• Attend court in Peoria and surrounding counties 2–3 times per week.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff in the office.
• Manage cases with administrative and legal support.
• Develop increased independence and responsibility.
