O'Flaherty Law Group in Davenport, IA is seeking an Attorney with 3+ years of experience to handle criminal defense, family law, and civil litigation matters in Iowa. This primarily remote role requires occasional in-person court appearances in the local area.

You will manage a caseload with support staff, attend hearings locally, and grow into greater responsibility and autonomy while receiving mentorship and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Iowa (or pending admission).
• 3+ years of experience in criminal defense, family law, or civil litigation.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle a caseload in criminal defense, family law, and/or civil litigation based on your background.
• Attend court locally as required (Des Moines, Davenport, Cedar Rapids, Iowa City, or nearby courts).
• Manage cases with administrative and legal support
• Grow into increased responsibility and autonomy
