Base salary ranges from $100,000 to $150,000 per year, with compensation tied to your billable target. Flexible schedule, strong mentorship, and full support staff accompany a benefits package including health insurance and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in criminal defense, family law, civil litigation, or a combination.
• Licensed in Iowa (or pending admission).
• Able to manage cases with support and increasing independence.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle a caseload in criminal defense, family law, and/or civil litigation.
• Attend court locally as required.
• Manage cases with administrative and legal support.
• Grow into increased responsibility and autonomy.
