Job summary

O'Flaherty Law in Cedar Rapids, IA is seeking an Attorney with 3+ years of experience to handle criminal defense, family law, and/or civil litigation matters in Iowa. This primarily remote role allows for flexible scheduling while requiring in-person court appearances as needed in your local area.

You’ll join a growing, multi-state firm with strong mentorship, a support staff, and compensation ranging from $100,000 to $150,000 plus an origination bonus and comprehensive benefits, including

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in criminal defense, family law, civil litigation, or a combination.
• Licensed in Iowa (or pending admission).
• Able to manage cases with support and increasing independence.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle a caseload in criminal defense, family law, and/or civil litigation based on your background.
• Attend court locally as required.
• Manage cases with administrative and legal support.
• Grow into increased responsibility and autonomy.
