Jobot is seeking a Litigation Attorney for a fully remote role based anywhere in California. The position offers a base salary of $130,000 to $200,000 per year plus bonuses, with benefits including medical, dental, vision coverage and a matching 401(k).

The firm handles complex civil litigation for insurance companies, corporations, and financial clients across the country and internationally, providing exposure to a national and international insurer client book.

Qualifications

• CA Bar Admission and current license to practice in California.
• Recent defense litigation experience.
• Ability to handle depositions, court appearances, and motions in state and federal courts.

Responsibilities

• Handle depositions, court appearances, and motion practice in state and federal courts.
• Advise clients on strategy, risk management, and insurance issues.
• Draft pleadings, discovery requests, and other litigation documents with precision and clarity.
• Collaborate with partners and colleagues to develop case strategies and deliver exceptional client service.
