Job summary

O'Flaherty Law in Bloomington, IL is seeking a Litigation Attorney (0–10 years) to handle family law and/or civil litigation matters. This is a primarily remote role with in-person court appearances about 2–3 times per week.

We welcome both experienced attorneys and junior attorneys seeking mentorship and hands-on experience in Central Illinois. The role offers a flexible, remote-friendly setup with strong mentorship and a robust support staff.

Qualifications

• Experience handling family law and/or civil litigation matters.
• Licensed to practice law or awaiting bar results.
• Interest in litigation and courtroom experience.
• Willingness to learn and grow with mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Handle a caseload in family law and/or civil litigation.
• Attend court locally approx. 2–3 times per week.
• Manage cases with administrative and legal support.
• Grow into increased independence over time.
