Job summary

O'Flaherty Law Group is seeking an Attorney with 0–10 years of experience to handle family law and/or civil litigation in Central Illinois. This is primarily remote, with in-person court appearances typically 2–3 times per week. Open to both experienced attorneys and juniors seeking mentorship and hands-on experience.

The role offers flexible scheduling, strong mentorship, and a full support staff, with a compensation range of $75,000 to $150,000 depending on experience and workload.

Qualifications

• Licensed attorney with clear bar status or awaiting results.
• Experience handling family law and/or civil litigation matters preferred.
• Ability to manage cases with increasing independence over time.

Responsibilities

• Handle a caseload in family law and/or civil litigation.
• Attend court locally approx. 2–3 times per week.
• Manage cases with administrative and legal support; coordinate with staff.
• Grow into increased independence over time.
