Job summary

O'Flaherty Law Group seeks a Litigation Attorney (3+ years) to handle family law and/or civil litigation matters in Central Illinois. The role is primarily remote, with in-person court appearances 2–3 times per week, based in Peoria, IL.

Ideal candidates have experience or interest in family law or civil litigation, are licensed in Illinois (or awaiting admission), and can work with guidance while growing independence. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation experience in family law or civil matters.
• Active Illinois license or pending admission.
• Ability to work with supervision and grow independence.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle family law and/or civil litigation matters in Central Illinois.
