Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young, LLP is seeking a Litigation Attorney for a fully remote or hybrid arrangement, based in our Long Beach office. This attorney will have a hands-on role in interesting, complex litigation in a variety of substantive matters in state and federal courts, private arbitration, and before governmental agencies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial litigation experience.
• Admitted to practice law in California; other state admissions are a plus.
• Experience in consumer finance-related litigation is a plus.
• Experience with filings, discovery, and trial preparation is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on role in complex litigation across state and federal courts.
• Draft pleadings, manage discovery, and prepare for trial.
• Represent clients in private arbitration and before governmental agencies.
