Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active licensure to practice in California.
• 2–3 years Civil/Business litigation experience.
• Experience appearing in court, hearings, and conferences.

Responsibilities

• Manage civil and business litigation matters from pre-litigation to trial prep.
• Appear in court for hearings and motion practice, in-person or virtually.
• Conduct and defend depositions, prepare witnesses, manage exhibits.
• Handle pre-litigation matters from intake through discovery and settlement discussions.
