Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a motivated Litigation Associate to join its New Brunswick, NJ team in a nearly fully remote role. The attorney will defend product liability or general liability/insurance matters and advance their career in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities include handling depositions, working with experts, managing discovery, drafting and arguing motions, and supporting senior partners in strategy and trial preparation. Requires a JD and bar membership.

Qualifications

• JD or foreign equivalent from an accredited law school.
• Active member of the New York and/or New Jersey Bar.
• 2+ years of litigation experience.
• Understanding of current state and federal procedures.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle depositions and engage directly with clients.
• Collaborate with technical experts and manage discovery tasks.
• Draft and argue motions in court.
• Support partners in strategic litigation planning and trial preparation.
