BCG Attorney Search seeks an experienced Litigation Partner to join their Chicago team with a fully remote work arrangement. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong written advocacy skills and a track record of handling complex litigation.

Requirements include a JD degree, bar admission in one of the specified states, and at least eight years of relevant experience in Product Liability, General Liability, or Personal Injury.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in CA, CT, FL, IL, MD, MO, NJ, NY, NC, or PA.
• Minimum of eight years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Product Liability or General Liability and Personal Injury.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in various claims, controversies, and litigation.
• Provide business counseling and risk assessment.
• Engage in dispute resolution involving personal injuries, property damage, and contract disputes.
