Bowman and Brooke LLP is seeking an Associate Attorney for our litigation practice in New York or New Jersey. You will handle depositions, client communications, and work with technical experts on complex product liability and insurance defense matters.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of litigation experience, strong research and writing abilities, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Remote work flexibility is available, with in-office interaction as needed.

Qualifications

• JD or foreign equivalent from an accredited law school.
• Active member of the New York and/or New Jersey Bar.
• 2+ years of litigation experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day case development including depositions and client communications.
• Collaborate with technical experts and manage discovery tasks.
• Draft and argue motions, supporting partners on strategic litigation planning through trial prep and execution.
• Maintain independence, initiative, and strong writing and research skills.
