Job summary

Qualifications

• Qualified attorney with JD from an accredited school and Florida bar admission.
• At least three years of litigation experience, including independent handling through trial.
• Strong motion practice and advanced research and drafting abilities.
• Knowledge of shipping and transportation law is a plus for complex cases.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice, conduct research, draft and respond to discovery.
• Take and defend depositions, draft and argue motions, negotiate settlements.
• Represent clients in court, mediation, and arbitration as needed.
• Handle matters remotely with court appearances in Miami-Dade or Broward County.
