Complex litigation group of a growing boutique law firm is seeking the following (must be FL barred with FL experience) MUST LIVE IN SOUTH FLORIDA (can be remote from South FL):

Responsibilities of the Business/Real Estate/Construction Litigation Associate:

• Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda of law, discovery requests and responses, legal correspondence, etc.
• Take pride in work on a low volume complex caseload
• Attend court appearances in Florida state and federal courts
• Communicate clearly both orally and in writing to colleagues and clients

Requirements for the Litigation Associate:

• 2 - 4 years of litigation experience at a civil/commercial litigation law firm
• Licensed to practice law in Florida required

Looking for a detailed oriented commercial litigator. NO insurance defense attorneys.

THIS POSITION CAN BE FULLY REMOTE BUT MUST LIVE IN SOUTH FLORIDA
