Qualifications

• Must be admitted to the Florida bar.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience at a law firm.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Highest ethical standards and professional integrity.
• Strong interpersonal skills across management and staff.
• Proficient legal research; LexisNexis is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Maintaining and supervising a heavy & diversified caseload of Florida clients.
• Communicating with clients regarding their matters.
• Drafting pleadings, motions, legal memoranda; reviewing and drafting agreements.
• Communicating with opposing parties to resolve/settle claims.
• Performing legal research related to contract law and consumer law issues.
• Travel for in court appearances may be required.
