Job summary

Allstate is seeking a Litigation Bodily Injury Adjuster to remotely investigate automobile injury claims, assess coverage, liability, and settlements while delivering excellent service.

The role requires substantial PI claims experience, Florida licensure, and the ability to work independently from a home office. Schedule is Monday–Friday, EST hours, with a defined compensation range and a generous benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Florida represented 3rd party Bodily Injury claim handling experience.
• Experience managing severe, complex, and litigated Bodily Injury claims.
• Knowledge of Florida tort reform.
• Florida 6-20 All Lines Adjuster License (Property & Casualty).
• Proficient communication skills, especially over the phone.
• Ability to work independently and remotely, while managing time efficiently.
• Familiarity with insurance policies, coverage, and liability determination.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to evaluate and negotiate injury claims successfully.

Responsibilities

• Investigate casualty claims and assess coverage and liability.
• Negotiate settlements with customers, attorneys, and third parties.
• Communicate claim updates via phone, email, and text.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in claims systems.
• Work remotely with a home-based setup and ensure security.
