Job summary

Smurfit Westrock is seeking a Manager of Technical Service (Litho) to lead best‑practice implementations across Litho operations in the US and Canada. The role requires strong Litho expertise, coaching and cross‑functional collaboration, and a drive to improve efficiency.

You will work from home with travel to manufacturing facilities, participate in cadence calls, and partner with Color Management and Prepress teams to ensure color accuracy and reliable installations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or technical degree preferred.
• 5–10 years of Lithographic printing experience.
• Foundational experience in Continuous Improvement.
• Strong coaching, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience training machine operators and Printing Managers.

Responsibilities

• Lead best‑practice implementation across Litho departments.
• Mentor Printing Managers and support teams.
• Drive revenue and cost improvements via waste reduction and process optimization.
• Ensure adherence to Litho procedures and color consistency.
• Collaborate with Color Management and Prepress teams.
• Partner with vendors to evaluate new Litho technologies.
• Lead cross‑functional productivity improvement initiatives.
