Really Great Reading is seeking a Professional Services Consultant to deliver engaging literacy professional development to educators across partner districts. Based in a fully remote role, you will travel up to 75% to support district partnerships and implement evidence-based literacy practices.

You will collaborate with regional managers, tailor training to diverse audiences, and translate evaluation data into practice, advancing district outcomes nationwide.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Literacy, or a related field.
• ~3+ years of experience in professional development, training, instructional coaching, or EdU services.
• Strong knowledge of literacy instruction, structured literacy, and the Science of Reading.
• Experience supporting instructional program or educational technology implementation in school or district settings.
• Understanding of adult learning principles and ability to adapt training for different audiences.
• Experience using feedback, surveys, or participation data to evaluate and improve training effectiveness.
• Strong presentation, communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% to support in-person training and district partnerships.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate professional learning with district contacts and internal teams to align with implementation milestones.
• Deliver engaging virtual and in-person professional development for educators, administrators, and support staff.
• Adapt training content, delivery, and pacing to meet audience needs, experience levels, and district goals.
• Provide follow-up resources, coaching, and instructional support to reinforce learning and classroom application.
• Partner with Regional Engagement Managers to align professional learning with district implementation plans and priorities.
• Monitor implementation and adoption data to ensure district partners utilize available tools to drive student outcomes.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and other teams to improve training materials and processes.
