Job summary

Really Great Reading in the DMV area is seeking a Professional Services Consultant to deliver high-quality training and support district partnerships nationwide. This role focuses on translating evidence-based literacy instruction into practical classroom practice and advancing district-wide program implementation.

You will collaborate with Regional Engagement Managers, tailor sessions for diverse educator audiences, and travel up to 75% to support in-person engagements and district rollouts,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Literacy, or related field is required.
• 3+ years of experience in professional development, training, instructional coaching, or EdU services preferred.
• Strong knowledge of literacy instruction, structured literacy, and the Science of Reading.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging virtual and in-person professional development for educators, administrators, and support staff.
• Coordinate training schedules with district contacts and internal teams to align professional learning with implementation milestones.
• Adapt training content and pacing to meet audience needs and district goals.
• Provide follow-up resources, coaching, and instructional support to reinforce learning and classroom application.
• Monitor implementation data to ensure district partnerships are using tools effectively.
