Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking an LPCC-S supervisor to oversee a regional group of resident clinicians. You will provide group and individual supervision, maintain a clinical caseload, and ensure high quality documentation and coaching. Telehealth and EHR tools are used to support client care.

Initial in-person supervision is required within Ohio, with ongoing remote supervision possible from any OH location. Thriveworks offers a supportive clinician community and robust administrative support.

Qualifications

• Licensed professional counselor with LPCC-S or credentialed for OH supervision.
• Experience supervising resident clinicians and providing group/individual supervision.
• Willingness to meet in person for initial supervision session and supervise remotely within OH.

Responsibilities

• Provide minimum six resident clinicians supervision.
• Offer weekly group supervision and individual supervision per 10 clinical hours.
• Oversee documentation and coaching for development and performance.
