Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking a Clinical Supervisor in Rock Hill, SC to oversee a group of Resident Talk Therapists providing diagnostic assessments, therapy, and counseling in an outpatient setting.

The role includes supervision of at least six residents, maintaining a clinical caseload, and ensuring proper documentation. Candidates must hold LISW-CP or be credentialed, with active SC licensure in good standing and a commitment to high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Active LISW-CP in good standing within SC or eligible for supervision in SC.
• Ability to supervise residents across adults, adolescents, children, couples, and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to a minimum of six resident clinicians weekly.
• Maintain a clinical caseload with at least 10 hours of client contact weekly.
• Oversee documentation and coaching for disciplinary or performance matters.
• Collaborate with Regional Clinical Director on performance issues.
