Job summary

Thriveworks in Rock Hill, SC is seeking a Clinical Supervisor (LISW-CP) to oversee a group of Resident Talk Therapists in outpatient settings. You will provide weekly group supervision, individual supervision, and documentation oversight while maintaining a clinical caseload.

Eligible candidates must hold an LISW-CP or be license-eligible in SC, with solid supervision experience and a commitment to high-quality mental health care.

Qualifications

• Active LISW-CP license in good standing in SC
• Experience supervising therapists in outpatient settings
• Ability to coach residents on professional and clinical goals
• Strong documentation and record-keeping
• Willingness to carry a clinical caseload of at least 10 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to at least six resident clinicians
• Conduct weekly group supervision and individual supervision with residents
• Maintain a clinical caseload with at least 10 hours per week
• Oversee documentation and coaching on disciplinary or performance matters
• Collaborate with Regional Clinical Director on performance issues
