LKV Realty is seeking a Listing Agent to manage a high-volume portfolio of residential property listings from preparation through closing. This fully remote role involves MLS execution, showings, offer review, negotiation, contract management, and listing-side communication.

The ideal candidate is a licensed real estate professional who is highly organized, responsive, and proactive, with the ability to manage competing priorities and provide brokerage expertise while executing the seller’s

Competenze

Active real estate license in the state(s) required for assigned listings.
Minimum 2 years of residential real estate experience; listing-side experience preferred.
Strong negotiation, communication, and professional judgment skills.

Mansioni

Manage a portfolio of approximately 30–50 active residential listings, using standardized workflows to keep properties and transactions moving.
Own the listing lifecycle: MLS execution, showings, offer analysis and negotiation, contract management, and listing-side communication.
Coordinate with Asset Managers, Transaction Coordinators, the Broker, buyer agents, lenders, title/escrow, inspectors, appraisers, vendors, and internal teams.
