Job summary

First Point Group in the United States is seeking a Project Manager for liquid cooling initiatives in data centers. You will own projects from planning to customer acceptance, coordinating with customers, internal teams, and partners to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Responsibilities include managing schedules, budgets, quality, and change requests, while improving service operations and enabling a smooth post-delivery transition to after-sales support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, service operations, field operations, or technical project management.
• Hands-on experience with commissioning, installation, and customer acceptance of liquid cooling equipment in data center environments.
• Proven ability to manage customer relationships, vendor coordination, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of liquid cooling projects throughout the entire lifecycle, including planning, milestones, risk control, execution, and customer acceptance.
• Coordinate with customers, internal teams, contractors, and third-party service partners to ensure successful project delivery.
• Manage project schedules, quality standards, resource allocation, and change requests.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality requirements.
