Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Linux kernel engineers, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
• Drive features across virtualization and kernel subsystems and oversee QA to keep contributions upstream-ready.
• Lead pre-silicon validation, platform performance optimization, and debugging for AMD hardware.
• Guide code reviews, test development, and documentation.
• Collaborate with distributed teams across India, the U.S., and Europe.
• Represent team's priorities and direction within the organization.
