Job summary

TISTA Science and Technology Corporation in the United States is seeking a Senior Linux Software/System Architect to design, build, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure in AWS and Azure. You will lead Linux administration across cloud environments and implement Infrastructure as Code.

You’ll automate deployment with Terraform, ARM/Bicep or CloudFormation, use Ansible and SSM for deployment, monitor with CloudWatch and Azure Monitor, and ensure security, IAM, and governance while supporting

Qualifications

• AWS/Azure cloud design and automation experience
• Linux administration in cloud environments
• Scripting in Bash/PowerShell/Python
• Cloud security knowledge (IAM, Defender for Cloud, GuardDuty)
• Monitoring/alerting with CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Dynatrace
• Networking fundamentals (DNS, subnets, firewalls, load balancers)

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and manage scalable, highly available cloud infrastructure in AWS and Azure.
• Linux administration in cloud environments.
• Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, ARM/Bicep, or CloudFormation.
• Automate deployment, configuration, patching, and monitoring with Ansible, SSM, Azure Automation, etc.
• Monitor and optimize cloud environments with CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics.
• Manage identity and access controls, enforce security best practices, and remediate vulnerabilities.
• Support application teams with cloud infrastructure needs including networking, performance tuning, CI/CD integration.
• Participate in on-call rotation and incident response for critical cloud issues.
