Quadcode is seeking a Linux Administrator to join the Ops team. You will manage Linux servers, databases, and infra services; automate tasks and support production environments for a large fintech platform.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Linux server administration in production environments.
• Strong knowledge of Linux internals, networking, system services and troubleshooting.
• Experience administering PostgreSQL and/or Greenplum databases.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Hands-on experience with Ansible for automation.
• Good scripting skills in Python and/or Bash.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD (GitLab CI and/or Jenkins).
• Experience with monitoring and logging (Prometheus, Grafana).
• Fluent Russian (C2 or higher) for team communication.
• English at least B1+ for technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Administer Linux servers (Ubuntu) across development and production environments.
• Manage PostgreSQL and Greenplum databases; troubleshoot performance and reliability.
• Support KeyDB, ClickHouse and Kafka in production.
• Maintain infrastructure services (Nginx, Jenkins, GitLab CI, DataHub, Allure, Airflow).
• Automate tasks with Ansible and script in Python/Bash.
• Work with Docker and Kubernetes; deploy applications with Helm.
• Monitor production systems and respond to incidents; improve reliability.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitLab CI and Jenkins.
• Work with OpenStack and AWS infrastructure.
• Assist development teams with infra-related issues and environments.
• Coordinate infrastructure changes with the team and hardware provisioning.
• Contribute to security practices and PCI DSS compliance.
