Job summary

RWS – TrainAI is seeking AI Conversation Recording Contributors for Lingala to support evaluation and development of next-generation AI technologies. This freelance/contract role is remote with flexible, task-based work (approximately 2–4 hours daily) and immediate start. Location is work from home.

Record natural Lingala speech, annotate data, and provide metadata following project guidelines. Prior speech recording or annotation experience is helpful but not required; you will be paid 8 USD

Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in Lingala.
• Advanced level of English for understanding instructions.
• Attention to detail in annotation and metadata.
• Experience with speech recording or data annotation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Record or collect spontaneous Lingala speech per guidelines.
• Capture speech from approved real-life situations.
• Complete conversational tasks or voice interactions with AI.
• Annotate data according to provided instructions.
