Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Class A CDL required.
• 3+ years lineman experience; 5 years with a DOL apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair overhead and underground distribution lines and equipment.
• Climb poles/towers and work at heights safely.
• Troubleshoot faults and outages with testing equipment.
• Follow safety protocols and PPE requirements.
• Operate line equipment such as bucket trucks and cranes.
• Render proper terminations on transformers and switches.
• Communicate clearly with crew foreman and team; document work and materials.
