Job summary

CSols Inc. seeks a detail-oriented SampleManager LIMS Configuration and Development specialist (Junior to Mid-Level) to bridge lab operations and technology. You will gather requirements, configure workflows, and build features using C#, VGL, and SQL, while working remotely with clients across North America.

The role emphasizes strong communication, ability to work under deadlines, and collaboration with client personnel, delivering robust laboratory informatics solutions and training as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a science-related discipline preferred or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in laboratory informatics, lab automation, or LIMS administration.
• 2+ years hands-on experience configuring Thermo Fisher SampleManager LIMS.
• Proficiency in C#/.NET, VGL, and SQL for developer tasks; experience with Lab informatics integrations.

Responsibilities

• Gather client requirements and translate into functional SampleManager LIMS configurations and workflows.
• Build and customize SampleManager features using Explorer folders, forms, C#, and VGL; create reports and labels.
• Integrate SampleManager with laboratory equipment, LES, Integration Manager, and external systems.
• Deliver user training and provide post-implementation support.
