Job summary

CSols Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented SampleManager LIMS Configuration Developer / SME (Junior to Mid-Level) for a remote role.

You will gather client requirements, configure SampleManager LIMS using C#, VGL, and forms, and integrate lab systems while delivering end-user training and ongoing support. You will work with client teams to translate requirements into functional configurations, develop reports and labels, and help integrate instruments and enterprise systems in a regulated lab

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science-related discipline preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• 2+ years of laboratory informatics, lab automation, or LIMS administration.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Thermo Fisher SampleManager LIMS configuration and administration.
• Programming with C#/.NET, VGL, and SQL for developer-level tasks; integration with LES or Integration Manager.
• Experience in a regulated laboratory environment is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work remotely with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document user requirements from client laboratory and business teams.
• Translate requirements into functional SampleManager LIMS configurations and workflows.
• Build and customize SampleManager features using Explorer folders, forms, C#, and VGL.
• Develop custom reports, templates, and labels and integrate with external systems.
• Deliver user training and provide ongoing troubleshooting support to client teams.
