Zusammenfassung

ResProp Management seeks a Compliance Specialist for a fully remote role with occasional site visits (~1 per month). You will act as SME for affordable housing compliance, ensuring regulatory integrity across LIHTC, HUD programs, RAD, PBVs, and more.

You will read LURAs, review backend PMS settings, and guide site teams through complex compliance rules. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in affordable housing compliance, solid knowledge of LIHTC and HUD programs, and comfort navigating modern SaaS

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of affordable housing compliance experience.
• Deep knowledge of LIHTC, HUD programs, and regulatory rules.
• Ability to read LURAs and audit PMS backends.

Aufgaben

• Interpret LURAs and translate rules to site teams.
• Audit PMS backends to ensure rent & income limits align with LURAs/HUD.
• Manage EIV compliance and regular reporting.
• Coordinate audits with state agencies, PHAs, HUD and others.
• Provide training to site staff on eligibility documentation.
• Travel to properties (~1 visit per month).
