Job summary

American College of Education in Indianapolis, IN seeks a Lifecycle Communication Manager to design and execute multi-channel campaigns that nurture prospective students, drive conversions, and engage alumni. You will leverage CRM and marketing automation tools to create personalized experiences at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of lifecycle marketing and/or communications experience, preferably higher education
• Deep understanding of B2B and/or D2C lifecycle communications with strong customer insights
• Strong analytical skills to interpret educational data and translate into marketing strategies
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead initiatives across teams

Responsibilities

• Develops, executes, and optimizes multi-channel lifecycle campaigns (email, SMS) to nurture prospective students and drive conversions
• Owns student journey communications from inquiry through alumni engagement
• Evaluates and reports on key campaign metrics and lifecycle KPIs
• Leads optimization using data-driven decisions to improve retention and program participation
• Ensures brand-consistent lifecycle messaging across platforms and partners with Marketing
