Veeva Systems is seeking a Consultant to join our Professional Services team working with Commercial Content products, including Veeva PromoMats and Digital Asset Management (DAM). You will translate business needs into solution designs, configure the application, and ensure excellent project delivery on time and within budget.

You will lead content management workshops, translate complex client requirements into workable designs, and collaborate with life sciences customers across pharma,

Qualificações

• 5+ years of consulting, project management, account management, or equivalent experience.
• Direct experience using digital content management systems.
• Experience with life science customers (pharma, medical devices, etc.).
• Ability to translate customer requirements into solution designs.
• Willingness to travel and work with diverse stakeholders; Bachelor’s degree; English fluency; EU work eligibility.

Responsabilidades

• Implementation of a content management platform for life sciences
• Leading business process discovery and application design workshops
• Translating complex client process requirements into a workable solution design
• Overseeing the solution build, test, and deployment
• Creating process documentation and project deliverables
• Planning and establishing post-go-live activities, including ongoing support
• Providing subject matter expertise in Veeva’s Commercial Content applications and defining how they fit into our customers’ software ecosystems
