Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective clients by phone.

• Explain available coverage options and assist with applications.
• Complete and submit insurance applications electronically.
• Follow up with clients throughout the sales and application process.
• Maintain accurate client information.
• Participate in virtual training and team meetings.
• Develop communication, follow-up, and sales skills.
