Job summary

No prior insurance experience is required, and licensing is not needed to apply. Training, mentorship, and ongoing support are provided as you develop skills in a telesales environment and build a business as a 1099 independent contractor.

Responsibilities

• Contact warm leads who have expressed interest in life insurance.
• Conduct client appointments remotely by phone.
• Ask questions to understand each client's insurance needs, goals, and budget.
• Educate prospective clients about available life insurance options.
• Help clients identify coverage based on their individual needs.
• Complete and submit insurance applications electronically.
• Follow up with prospective clients throughout the sales and application process.
• Maintain accurate client information.
• Participate in virtual sales, product, and team training.
• Develop strong phone communication, follow-up, and sales skills.
