Job summary

AYS Group is seeking motivated individuals for a remote life insurance telesales role. You will conduct client conversations by phone, identify coverage needs, explain products, and complete applications electronically from home.

This is a 1099 independent contractor position with commission-only pay. Licensing is required before selling; training and mentorship are provided to build your sales skills and performance. Reliable internet, phone access, and a quiet workspace are expected.

Qualifications

• Sales experience is helpful but not required.
• Licensing requirements vary by state; candidates must obtain the appropriate insurance license before conducting insurance sales.

Responsibilities
