Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Currently residing in the United States and able to obtain/maintain a state life license.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
• Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented with strong time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective clients virtually or in person to assess needs.
• Educate individuals and families about life insurance products and protection strategies.
• Conduct consultative sales presentations and recommend suitable solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships through consistent follow-up.
• Manage your sales pipeline and maintain accurate client records.
• Participate in ongoing sales, product, and leadership training.
• Maintain professionalism and ethical business practices, per licensing rules.
