Job summary

White Fence Life Partners LLC is seeking motivated individuals to build a professional sales career while helping families protect their financial future. You'll meet with clients to assess needs and recommend life insurance solutions, with comprehensive training and mentorship provided.

Role involves meeting clients virtually or in person, building relationships, and educating on protection strategies. Licensing assistance is available, plus performance-based compensation with ongoing coaching

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Currently residing in the United States
• Able to obtain and maintain a resident state Life Insurance License, or currently licensed
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated, coachable and goal-oriented
• Organized with strong time-management skills
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a team

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective clients virtually or in person.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients through follow-up.
• Educate individuals and families about life insurance products and financial protection strategies.
• Conduct consultative sales presentations and recommend solutions based on client goals.
• Manage your sales pipeline and maintain accurate client records.
• Participate in ongoing sales, product, and leadership development training.
• Maintain professionalism and ethical business practices.
• Obtain and maintain the required state life insurance license if not licensed.
